1. Free Testing Period

We provide free trials or free access tiers so you can evaluate our Services before committing to a paid subscription. Because you can test the platform in advance, all paid subscriptions are considered final and non-refundable.

2. No General Refunds

We do not issue refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, dissatisfaction with AI outputs, or failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in the following circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged due to a system error.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: If an unauthorized payment was made without your consent (subject to investigation).

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew. Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period.
