How do I set up my chatbot?

Setting up your chatbot only takes a few minutes. First, create a free BrightDove account and log in to your dashboard. Then upload files or import pages from your website to build the knowledge base. Next, customize your bot by choosing the GPT model, editing prompts, and adjusting the look to match your brand. Finally, copy the embed code we provide and paste it on your website — your chatbot will be live instantly, no coding required
